Sand And Investment Casting
Sand Casting
By use of conventional sand casting, we are able to produce steel products with various Carbon and/or additive contents that meet specific strength requirements. Successive conventional and CNC machining may be utilized to produce components of various applications.
Surface treatments for sand casting include:
Corrosion resistant plating
Painting
Powder coating
Investment Casting
Also known as lost wax casting, investment casting allows for the manufacturing of even smaller and more complex geometries. Likewise with sand casting, successive conventional and CNC machining may be utilized to produce components of various applications.
Additionally, in-house spectrum analyzers make metal element analysis possible, ensuring metals contain exact levels of chemical contents necessary during the casting process.
Materials used are:
Steel containing various Carbon contents
Special, high strength alloys
Stainless steel 304 & 306
Other Copper alloys
Additional surface treatments for investment casting include:
Polishing and buffering
Corrosion resistant plating
Painting
Powder coating
