Manufacturing Process

Take a look at the multitude of processes our manufacturers use to create our quality products

Manufacturing Process: Feature

Stamping

Sheet-metal forming manufacturing process where a machine press or stamping press is used to form the material.

Cold Heading

Also known as Cold Forming, Cold Heading is a metalworking process that uses plastic deformation to form a material at a temperature below its recrystallization temperature through an extruding and/or upsetting process.

Sand And Investment Casting

Metal-forming technique where a mold is utilized in order to form a product

Zinc and Aluminum Die Casting

Metal-casting process where molten metal is forced in a mold cavity under high pressure to form the material.

Plastic Injection Molding

Manufacturing process that uses thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials to produce parts.

Rubber/EPDM/Silicon Molding

Manufacturing process that uses rubber materials to produce durable, yielding parts.

Aluminum Extrusion

Manufacturing process used to produce parts with a fixed cross-sectional profile.

Conventional and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machining

Material removal method that uses machine tools with a sharp cutting tool in order to mechanically cut the material into a desired shape.

Fabrication

Metalworking process that builds metal structures through cutting, bending, and assembly.

Surface Finishing

Manufacturing process that alters the surface of an item in order to achieve a certain property and can be generalized into two categories: A finishing that removes or reshapes, or a finishing that adds or alters.
